A Holter ECG that is barely noticeable in everyday life
The HeartX recorder is attached directly to the chest with a patch. There are no cables and no device on the belt. The recorder weighs 35 g.
The recorder is waterproof according to IP67. Showering and exercise are possible during the measurement, so the recording does not have to be interrupted for them. This increases acceptance of wearing the device, especially for measurements over several days.
Depending on the patient and the clinical question, the recorder can be applied with standard, long or short patches or with standard electrodes.
Workflow in the practice
How an examination works

Step 1
Create the order in FLOW
Enter the patient data or import them from the practice management software via GDT, and set the examination date. FLOW detects the connected recorder and transfers the order with one click.

Step 2
Apply the recorder
Attach the patch, put the recorder on, done. The recorder records for up to 7 days without interruption. During this time, the patient goes about their normal daily routine.

Step 3
Download and charge
After the measurement, the recorder goes into the docking station. It transfers the data to the PC and charges the battery at the same time. Just 3 minutes of charging is enough for the next 24 hours of recording.

Step 4
Receive the report and issue your findings
The measurement data are sent in encrypted form to the analysis service. On business days, the pre-analysed report is available as a PDF within 24 hours of upload. You carry out the reporting yourself.
Preliminary analysis instead of manual review
The analysis service
The service takes over the time-consuming review of the raw data and the categorisation of events. The reporting remains with your team.
Automated analysis
The recording is analysed with CardioDay, the Holter ECG software from GETEMED AG. It detects ventricular and supraventricular events, pauses, bradycardias and tachycardias as well as atrial fibrillation.
Data protection under the GDPR
The analysis is performed by GETEMED AG in Germany, covered by a data processing agreement. The data are transmitted in encrypted form and processed only in the EU or EEA.
Report within 24 hours
On business days, the report is available within 24 hours of upload, without any analysis time for your practice.
You make the diagnosis
The service provides a preliminary analysis, not a diagnosis. The report contains the complete ECG overview so that you can check every section yourself.

All key information on the first pages, every hour in detail
- Cover page with all detected events, recording duration and proportion of artefacts
- Heart rate: mean, minimum and maximum with trend chart
- Tachycardia, bradycardia, V and SV burden
- Ectopic activity from isolated beats to runs
- Separate page on atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter burden, if present
- Example strips of the relevant events
- Field for your findings
- Complete ECG overview with one hour per page
AV blocks, bundle branch blocks and junctional beats are not classified automatically. However, the complete ECG overview allows you to assess them yourself.
